If you could rewrite any book’s ending, which one would you choose?
If there is one story I wish I could change the ending to it would be Old Yeller. The one story that will make a grown man cry.
I would want it to be one of a boy and his dog walking off into the sunset, and Old Yeller the hero. He can die a natural death, I know he can’t live forever, but his boy having to put him down at the end is a gut buster.
